Description
You might experience the following error messages (associated solutions are also shown) when redeeming your McAfee Retail Card.
  • You must enter your card's registration number
    Type your registration number on the back of your McAfee Retail Card to continue.

     
  • You've entered an invalid registration number. Please check the registration number and try again, or get help here
    Ensure the registration number you provided matches the registration number on the back of the McAfee Retail Card. If these numbers match, contact Customer Service for additional assistance.

     
  • This registration number has already been used to redeem a McAfee product. Please check the registration number and try again, or get help here
    The registration number you provided has already been used. If you have just purchased your McAfee Retail Card, and have not used your registration number before, contact Customer Service for additional assistance.

     
  • This registration number is not associated with the country and language that you selected. Please select the country and language of the product that you purchased
    The registration number you provided does not match the country and language of the McAfee Retail Card you purchased. Please correct the country and language selections, and try again.

     
  • We're sorry, but we're having technical difficulties at this time. Please try again later
    Temporary network or website issues might be preventing your registration information from being received. Try your registration at a later time.
